This course was amazing! big grin
I have got several ideas from this course on how to differentiate for ELA students.
This course has given me a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by ELLs as well as strategies to help me in the future. I have very few ELLs in my school and have had very few in my experience, but I feel better equipped to help any ELLs I have in my career. I gained the understanding that my school is woefully equipped for ELLs with the understanding that we have very few.
This course has strengthened the knowledge I have regarding English language learners in the school environment. It also encouraged me to try different techniques and implement new strategies in and outside of the classroom. I am very glad that I chose to sign up for this course prior to September. I will have four students that are English language learners in September and I am looking forward to meeting them due to the knowledge I gained from this course. I truly enjoyed this course. I enjoyed taking it over the summer.
It was a great class. I definitely learned a lot and will certainly use in my classroom.
