How Was Your School Year?

As we come to the end of this school year, it’s a an opportunity to reflect and think about what has happened. The school year can feel like a long time and is often filled with both fun times, and challenging times. It may include new directions and also old routines. If I were to describe our past year at PLB in one word, it would be “growth.” We have grown in our technology, our course catalog and have connected with many new teachers.
How would you describe your past year? And then, take it a step forward and think about what you would like next year to be about. Challenges, and even mistakes, are part of our teaching experience. Reflection is what will help us move forward, learn and grow.
If you were to summarize your past school year in one word, what would it be?
I would say ‘Improvement’, is one word, for sure it is because of this, it was that we were able to give our students the environment they really needed as regards discipline, facilitating students to build confidence and develop language skills at all levels. We had a good number of Morning Assembly Presentations from all classes and ‘Spelling Bee’ competition in school certainly helped booster the aforesaid qualities. However there is much room for improvement as ours is a relatively newer school( just 3-4 years old). Students still need to work vigorously as reinforcement of the concepts taught, while teachers too require to deliver far more comprehensively and independently!
