Check Out the New Blog When I look back and see how our company and our teachers have grown over the years, I am often amazed. One of the incidents still makes me chuckle.

I launched a program with teachers in a face-to-face training session and one of the teacher’s told me that she did not really know how to send email. She could only send email to someone if they had senther an email first because she would hit REPLY and then send to them.

The best part? This teacher now builds and teaches online classes. We have seen teachers like these at PLB over the years. People who dared enough to do something that they are not too comfortable with, just to help themselves grow as a teacher.

One of our core values here at PLB is life-long learning. For me this means continuous improvement. I may not get something right the first time. In fact, I usually don’t. But, I liken my learning to a coil…always moving forward while spiraling back to take another look and reinforce my endeavors.
