Treating Ourselves

Check Out the New Blog break1Life is busy, and always full of things we have to do for others. Between school and family, we may not find the time to do the things we really want to do. There are often so many small things that we would love to do, but just keep putting away because of the more important and urgent things that come up. We might push aside calling up an old friend or looking for a book at the library. It may even neglect a favourite  hobby such as gardening or painting. If we keep waiting until we are completely free, to get to those things, they may never happen. If you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed or just tired, I recommend that you consider taking a one-day-holiday. Plan a day, or even just an evening when you hand over all your responsibilities to someone else and do something for yourself. After all, you are special and deserve time too.
