It has been exciting to be a part of a team where we are able to do more together than what we could have done individually. I&#8217;m learning that respect for each other, and good communication are important aspects of enjoying the team experience.<\/p>\n<p>In classrooms and schools, opportunities to work as teams are few, and we often miss the fun of joining together for a common objective. If you are not part of a team yet- I strongly recommend that you try it. Some of you already may be a part of a team- maybe a professional learning community, or a school initiative. Are you enjoying it?
